1. Tell us a little bit about yourself (in relation to your practice)?
   • I have been in the legal industry for more than 40 years as a Civil Law Notary and Land Conveyancer.
   • I still work in the office because there are still ex-clients who need my advice or opinions on legal issues related to property and daily legal issues.
   • I also accept if anyone wants to make a deed, I ask for the necessary data and make the concept. After that, I submit my notary friend to discuss with me and prepared his deed to be signed. I think, morally I am responsible for clients who believe in me, but legally my friend Notary should also be held accountable.
